Wild Wisdom: Attend this intriguing, eye-opening monthly webinar where Wild Ones share their stories about disrupting norms and breaking boundaries. Benefit from immersive experiences, tangible examples, and inspiring stories, and a chance to discover how what you learn can apply to your work.
Wild Lab sessions: Join our experimental Wild Lab sessions with fellow disruptors, during which members share and test their latest rule-breaking ideas in a safe, open-minded environment.
Disrupathons: A couple of times per year, we'll invite our Wild Ones to join folks from outside our community in creating, building and implementing impact-led projects and maybe even new businesses. Think Hackathons or Startup Weekends. This is our opportunity to get shit done, together.
Design your own sessions
We’re here to empower you. You tell us you want to run a session, we’ll make it happen. 1 hour workshops, 15 minute bite-sized learning, an in-person hang out - let’s do it!
Campfire Chats: Our fortnightly social hangout. After work, super casual, bring a drink and a snack and get to know your fellow Wild Ones.
Access to resources and tools: You'll have access to a growing resource library, that will help you progress toward your goals. You'll have the choice to add to the toolkit too, meaning greater collective impact that everyone can benefit from.
Access to your community 24/7: Tap into fellow Wild Ones, ask bold questions, ask for support, share resources, sit around our online Campfire to refuel as we do this big work together. Log in anytime and feel the support of your fellow rebels.

Different ways to engage

This is your space and how you use it is up to you. We know each of us make impact in our own ways. While we know regular engagement helps create trust and connection between members, we see engagement in so many ways.

Go All In – Dive Deep, Real Deep
Treat it like an immersive experience. Each quarter, we’re exploring a new theme in 3 phases ‘The Unlearning’, ‘The Learning’ and ‘The Doing’. If you’re up for some serious self-discovery, dive into these 3-month journeys packed with journaling, activities, and reflection. You'll question your inner narratives, challenge your perception of the world around you and walk away with clear actions to further your impact in the world.
Think of it as your personal growth accelerator, Wild Ones style.

Find Your Flow – Jump In, Catch Up, Repeat
Want a good balance? Jump into live events, connect with other Wild Ones face-to-face (online), and be part of the action. When life’s hectic, no problem – catch up with recordings whenever you’re free. You’re here to learn, grow, and stay engaged on your own terms. Our doors don't close, we're open 24/7 so dive in when you have the energy and brain space for it. You'll get to know your community when you're able to show up and we'll be stoked to see you!

Go Your Own Way – Tune In, Take It Offline
If you’re more of a solo adventurer, The Wild Ones can fit right into your world. Maybe you don’t make every live event, but you still check in on threads, catch recordings when you’re inspired, and explore ideas offline in your own time. Dive into the Wild Ones mindset however it works best for you and we'll see you when we see you!

1. When can I join?

You can join anytime! Just click on the links below to apply and we'll approve you and then you're in!

2. Can anyone apply?

Honestly, if you've read this page and it sounds like you, it's for you. We don't let just anyone in - we do review every application too.

3. Why is it free?

Our space wasn't always free. However, after 9 months of running it as a paid subscription site, we realised that we wanted to be more inclusive and more accessible. So we're making it free for everyone. We will be asking for donations every month where you can opt in to a one-off donation to help keep the space running.

4. What is the time commitment for members?

Dive in as deep as you want. Whether you’re all in or dipping your toes, our events and challenges are designed to be flexible. Life’s hectic—we get it. Everything’s optional, so you can fit us into your schedule.

5. How do donations work?

Every month, we'll provide details to our community members and ask for donations to help pay for the ongoing costs of the community. You do not have to contribute if you can't afford it and you certainly don't have to contribute every month (unless you want to). We will provide some ideas for how much you might want to donate and you'll be able to donate via credit card or bank transfer. We'll also publish a high level view of our finances regularly so you can see where your donations are going.

6. Who is the founder of The Wild Ones?

The rebel behind The Wild Ones is Tamara Buckland, who has a vision to give voice and influence to everyone who considers themselves a rebel, innovator, disruptor and is out to create a world that is inclusive, more equitable and more accessible for all.

7. How does the membership application process work?

Sign up, answer a few questions, and we’ll review your application when we can. Most folks get approved, but if we have any concerns, we’ll reach out directly.

8. What if I don't enjoy it in The Wild Ones?

We’re all about making your experience valuable. If things aren’t clicking for you, reach out to our hosting team. We’re here to chat, adjust, and make sure you get what you need. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

9. How are community events conducted?

All our events are online, making it easy for rebels from around the world to join in and participate.

10. What if I miss an event or session?

No worries! Most events and sessions will be recorded and available in our resource library for you to catch up on whenever you can.

11. How can I contribute to the community?

Jump into discussions, share your resources, lead a challenge, or add to our toolkit. Your active engagement is what keeps our community strong.

12. Are there opportunities for leadership within The Wild Ones?

F*ck yeah! Step up and lead challenges, host events, or help shape our community. We love seeing members take the reins.
